Rebecca Baker
Litigation Paralegal
Rebecca began her legal career in 2001 working with a general law practitioner who trained her in civil litigation, business matters and divorce & family law. After several years she was ready for a change of pace and landed in the field of insurance defense. This brought 11 years of in-house insurance defense experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, construction defect, and probate proceedings.
She joined Larson Schneider in April 2019 and brought with her the insight and experience of the defense world, which gives her a unique edge to understanding, anticipating, and preparing the best plan of action for her client’s cases. Her inside knowledge of the insurance company’s procedure and evaluation of claims helps her daily as she works with clients to get them the best result possible.
Rebecca is genuine, personable and truly cares for the wellbeing of her clients. She understands that the litigation process can be overwhelming and challenging. She takes the time to explain how the process works, the timeline, and what is needed from start to finish. She does her best to take the stress off her clients so they can focus on recovering.
When not at work, she enjoys bakery hopping to find new and exciting creations, international travel, going to the casino with friends, hanging out with her two adult sons, and everything astrology and metaphysical.
