What if I have no medical insurance?

A: Don't worry.  Most states have laws that require car insurance carriers to provide medical coverage to anyone involved in a car accident, no matter who was at fault for the accident.  So, if you were injured in a car accident, your car insurance carrier will pay your medical bills.  If you were in a friend's car, your friend's car insurance carrier will pay your bills.  In New York, one is entitled to $50,000 worth of insurance coverage.  Speak to an attorney for more information on this subject.
